How long will my order take to arrive? Australian orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days. International orders to the US, Canada, and UK, take 5–10 business days.
How much does shipping cost? Australian orders under $80 are charged a flat rate of $8.95. Orders over $81 ship free. International orders under $150 are charged $19.95. Orders over $151 ship free.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We currently ship to Australia, United States, Canada and United Kingdom.
How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
Can I return a sale item? Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
How long does a refund take? Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
SIZING & FIT
How do I know which size to order? We recommend checking our size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit during yoga and workouts.
Do your clothes run true to size? Yes, our pieces are designed to run true to size. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
PRODUCTS
What materials do you use? We use premium quality fabrics designed for performance, comfort and durability. Full fabric details are listed on each individual product page.
Why is there no logo on your products? That's exactly the point! LOGOOFF was founded on the belief that you shouldn't pay a premium just for a brand name. We removed the logo and passed the savings on to you. Move more. Brand less.
Do you offer gift cards? Not at this stage — but watch this space!
